Feel Good Fridays

Join this weekly workshop to learn about a work of art and then participate in a related mindfulness practice. The powerful, guided meditation can undo stress, soothe the nervous system, and help you feel relaxed and revitalized. Registration is required.

Free Valentine’s chocolate for grad students

Graduate and professional students are invited to celebrate Valentine’s Day a bit early with the Graduate and Professional Student Government. Stop by Peace Love and Chocolate to say hi and check in with our social chair Brittney to get your ticket for a free truffle.

Basketball Shoot Around

3–6 p.m. Rec Center 
Grab a buddy and come shoot some hoops at the Rec Center! Only three people will be allowed per basket; you’ll have your own ball, but bring your own if you can. Be sure to register in advance to reserve your spot. 

Zero Waste DIY Live: Patching skills to repair your clothes

5 p.m. Instagram Live
Being independent is awesome, especially when you can repair your own clothes without having to ask anyone! Come join the Zero Waste Outreach Team on their Instagram page for a live zero waste DIY life hack to help reduce your environmental impact. Don’t forget to follow the CU Zero Waste Instagram account and tune in for this event.

Hansel and Gretel opera

The Eklund Opera Program brings the Brothers Grimm to the Music Theatre with Humperdinck's decadent opera. Indulge your imagination as you join two children venturing into the woods in search of something sweet to eat. With deliciously rich orchestration, simmering wit, and a sumptuous witch hiding out in a candy-coated cottage, this famous fairy tale is delightful at any age.
