In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, PhD and master’s students who are defending their theses are encouraged to defend remotely (and are required to do so when the university is in remote-only status).

Join and discover that it is possible to have a great defense, even under challenging circumstances. This workshop will give both faculty advisors and students important tips and tricks to use Zoom for thesis defenses. The event will take place from 11:10 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 5.

This workshop is co-hosted by the Graduate School and Center for Teaching and Learning. Participants must register for this session to receive the Zoom link.
