A series of CU presidential finalist open forums will take place across the CU campuses beginning on April 22. The CU Boulder forum will be at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, April 26, at Macky Auditorium, including a livestream for remote attendees. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m.

The open forum is an important opportunity for our campus community to hear directly from Mark Kennedy (PDF), the finalist for University of Colorado president, and to ask him our questions submitted in advance and asked from the audience. Sue Sharkey, chair of the Board of Regents, will facilitate the question-and-answer period, and will begin the forum with the questions submitted in advance by the university community.

Before attending the event, please see Macky Auditorium’s rules for prohibited items. Please arrive early and expect airport-like security screening. If you must bring a bag, clear bags are the only types allowed inside the auditorium. Backpacks, food and drinks are among the prohibited items.

After the open forum we hope you will fill out the feedback form on the www.cu.edu website. Your feedback will be provided directly to the Board of Regents before they make any final decisions. We look forward to a respectful and transparent engagement between Mark Kennedy and the university community.
