Feel Good Fridays

12:15–12:45 p.m. CU Art Museum
This free drop-in group is an opportunity to be led through a powerful guided meditation to undo stress, soothe the nervous system and feel better. Be sure to arrive on time—there will be no late admittance.

Valentine’s Day coffee hour

4–5:30 p.m.  UMC across from Alferd Packer Grill 
Join International Student & Scholar Services for a special holiday edition of International Coffee Hour! Eat treats, make small crafts and celebrate loved ones. Plus there will be tons of coffee and delicious snacks as usual.

Free Friday Power Hour: ’80s Cycle

5–6 p.m. Rec Center
Head to the Cycle Studio at The Rec for this free cycling class that features a variety of interactive and challenging interval drills designed around your favorite ’80s hits!

CU Comedy Club open mic time

6–8 p.m. Club 156
Stop by Club 156 to relax and listen to stand up comedy or share a joke of your own. All are welcome.

Meet the Colorado Sun

6:30–8 p.m.  CMCI Studio, 1301 Walnut St., Boulder
Join Colorado Sun editors and reporters, together with CU Boulder students who have been collaborating with them, for a celebration of what they have accomplished. Learn about their work and their business model, and find out how you can get involved in a renaissance for news-gathering in Colorado. The event is hosted by the Media Enterprise Design Lab.

The Voice of the Prairie

2 p.m.  University Theatre, Acting Studio 
What happens when a naive farmer meets a profit-seeking scammer during the rise of commercial radio? Follow the life experiences of David Quinn as he captivates rural radio listeners with his heart-rending stories of the adventures of a wayfarer, a blind girl and the colorful characters of the prairie. Zachary Heygood directs a cast of CU Theatre & Dance's talented young performers.
