The Active Harmer Level 1 Class, offered by the CU Boulder Police Department, introduces attendees to the basic response options for imminent harm situations.

The course will review basic statistical data and discuss the video “Shots Fired!” as a group. Please review the video before attending; the class will discuss how you should react if you ever find yourself in an active harmer and other threatening situations. Every effort is made to address concerns, dispel myths and develop response options.

All faculty, staff and students on campus are encouraged to attend. If you attempt to register for the Feb. 5 class and it is full, you will be added to the wait list and automatically notified if a spot becomes available.

You'll need to bring your Buff OneCard as your admission ticket.
