If you weren't able to make last week's nutrition workshop, don't worry! This Tuesday, March 13, the Association of Holistic Wellness will offer a workshop with speaker Dana Bielinski from Athletic Services, addressing nutrition as it pertains to an active lifestyle and performance in life. She is super excited to spread this knowledge.

This event is intended to help people stay active with resources and activities. You only get one body and brain, so the student-run Association of Holistic Wellness hopes to help all those interested in health and wellness! All are welcome. 

This talk is presented as part of an eight-week nutritional information series this semester, featuring topics such as gardening and grocery navigation, healthy dieting and body awareness, real fast food and more. The remaining workshops are scheduled on Tuesdays, March 20, April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24 and May 1.

The Association of Holistic Wellness aims to promote four main areas of health and wellness: mental, physical, social and spiritual, on and off the CU Boulder campus. They hope to connect the health and wellness community on campus with like-minded people off campus to develop further events and ideas and bring together even more people!
