Train on 'Leading at the speed of trust'
Offered through Human Resources, this FranklinCovey training, which is part of a suite of topics, helps organizations better manage change and create high-performing teams that are agile, collaborative, innovative and engaged. The cost is $30, and participants must register for the all-access pass to attend this three-day in-person workshop.

Grand opening of the campus Startup Hub
A place not only for students, but also for faculty, staff and community members, the Startup Hub located at the Village Center will open its doors in celebration from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 23. See what it's all about: Enjoy the space, peruse student innovation stories and socialize with the innovation ecosystem on campus. Consider how you might want to get involved, perhaps to prototype your own idea, partner with others or offer mentorship.

CU Boulder Involvement Fair
If you're looking to get involved on campus, the CU Boulder Involvement Fair is for you. Stop by the UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and connect with new people and groups, learn about upcoming campus events and all the different student clubs and organizations on campus. While you're there, enjoy the free food, giveaways and music.
Trump’s America: One Year Later
Has the Trump presidency lived up to its expectations, good or bad? Find out during a panel discussion at 5:30 p.m. in Hale Science, room 270. The panel is made up of students and faculty from across the political spectrum. Registration is recommended.
Staff Council 'Reverse Town Hall'
Staff Council is hosting a reverse town hall, where staff members are encouraged to share their experiences, ideas and potential improvements on the employee tuition benefit.

Rethinking Scientific Presentations: The Assertion-Evidence Approach
