Come and find your fit at the Student Recreation Center Jan. 16–21. All bouldering in the climbing gym, fitness classes and skate rentals are free.

Get your semster study supplies and books

The CU Book Store has extended hours to help you purchase your textbooks and supplies through Sunday, Jan. 21. You can also shop online then pick up your books in the store or have them shipped. 


Wednesday, Jan. 17

CU Museum of Natural History Open House

From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. visit the CU Museum of Natural History during their free open house. While you're there, check out the exhibit Unearthed: Ancient Life in the Boulder Valley for a display of 13,000 year-old ice age tools discovered one-half mile from campus.

BuffConnect Basics

Want to learn more about BuffConnect? While you may be familiar with some of the tools BuffConnect offers, there are a variety of ways you may be missing out on maximizing the site for your student organization. BuffConnect Basics is a 30-minute monthly webinar that will highlight different functions of the site and how to use them. University of Colorado Student Government Legislative Council

Legislative Council meets at 7 p.m. every Thursday in UMC 247 to talk about issues concerning students, pass legislation about a wide range of topics and hear reports about all parts of CUSG. Legislative Council consists of students from all parts of campus and tries to gain insight into the everyday problems students face. Come and voice your opinion.

Ralphie’s Cooking Basics

Kick off the spring semester with a "breakfast for dinner" (pancakes and French toast) session of Ralphie's Cooking Basics. Sign up at 5:15 p.m. at the Alferd Packer Grill. Lesson runs from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Please show up with closed-toe shoes.

Men’s Basketball vs. Washington State

Go support your men's hoops team against Washington State at Coors. Tipoff is at 6 p.m. Coming off a couple of big wins over break, the Buffs are back in town and need your support! See the spring schedule.

Advance Screening – Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G.

Join Program Council for a free, advance screening of Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G. from 8 to 10 p.m. in Cristol Chemistry, room 140. Don’t miss your chance to check out the premier episode of this new true-crime series that delves into the investigation of two of hip-hop’s greatest talents. See it on the big screen before it streams or is on TV!

Don't miss the annual tradition and fun of CU Night at the National Western Stock Show! This family-friendly event is the perfect way to celebrate your CU pride with fellow Forever Buffs. Pro rodeo begins at 7:30 p.m. at the National Western Complex, 4655 Humboldt St. in Denver. Cost is $18 and includes a $1 donation to CU, all-day access to the stock show and parking.
