Research & Innovation Office offering workshop to help orient new faculty

Designed for new faculty members, representatives from the Research & Innovation Office (RIO) and the Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) will provide a brief overview of the RIO office’s various units supporting research and creative works on campus. 

The workshop will focus on the resources available to help faculty identify funding opportunities and how to work effectively with OCG to prepare and submit proposals.  

To provide faculty with options, the workshop will feature two sessions: Sept. 14 on Main Campus and Sept. 15 on East Campus.

Interested faculty members should register online by 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, to reserve their spot. Breakfast or lunch will be provided, depending on the session.
