Interested in improving a specific relationship or your relationships more generally? Join the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) this May for the Relationship 101 Series.

In this workshop series, attendees will explore relational principles and practices aimed at strengthening our connections with others as well as ourselves. More specifically, we will learn communication strategies, common pitfalls in relationships and essential elements for building strong relationships.

The series is open to all faculty and staff (i.e., you do not need to be involved in a romantic relationship to attend).

Since these sessions build on each other, interested participants are asked to commit to the four-part series. Sessions are scheduled for each Wednesday in May: May 3, May 10, May 17 and May 24.

FSAP staff counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist Connie North, PhD, will facilitate the workshop. Please email to register.
