FTEP's Steven Pollock works with faculty and staff

As you begin the spring semester, the Faculty Teaching Excellence Program (FTEP) supports you in your teaching, career development and student success. FTEP serves all faculty members at CU Boulder with a variety of events and services.

Symposia and short courses
FTEP offers a variety of standalone sessions (symposia) and multipart events (short courses) to support the CU Boulder faculty. Topics range from career development events such as "Time Management" and "Looking Forward to Tenure & Promotion," to events focused on teaching and learning, such as "Leading Class Discussions" and "Addressing Challenging Situations in the Classroom."

One-on-one consultation services
FTEP provides consultation opportunities for faculty. These services are designed to support not only your teaching and student success in the classroom but also your professional development. These consultations are handled by FTEP faculty associates, tenured professors who are proven teachers and engaged scholars of teaching and learning. All individual services provided to faculty are confidential.
