Employee of the Year Award recipients

2016 Chancellor's Employee of the Year Award recipients Jennifer McDuffie, Sheryl Koutsis and Amy Lavens

On Dec. 8, during the CU Boulder-Colorado State women's basketball game, Senior Associate Athletics Director and Senior Woman's Administrator Ceal Barry, along with Athletics Director Rick George, presented each Employee of the Year Award recipient with a signed game ball, compliments of the Boulder Campus Staff Council.

The 2016 award recipients were Sheryl Koutsis, advising unit manager for the Program in Environmental Design (ENVD), Amy Lavens, assistant dean for Finance and Operations in the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and Jennifer McDuffie, director of New Student and Family Programs.

The annual Chancellor’s Employee of the Year Award is presented to University of Colorado Boulder staff in recognition of and appreciation for exceptional job performance and remarkable contributions to the campus community. Recipients of this distinguished award join a rich heritage of past awardees who display outstanding performance, inspired leadership, extraordinary service to the campus and community and exceptional interpersonal skills.
