Graduate and Family Housing Resident Parking
A permit is required to park in Graduate and Family Housing residential lots. Commuter parking can be purchased separately.
Resident Parking
Thirty days of parking is available to residents for $30 by logging into the online portal. For longer or shorter durations, please contact Customer Service.
If you have a card stored in your digital wallet, you may email your request to parking@colorado.edu. If you do not have a card on file, please call 303-735-7275 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm for assistance.
Guest Parking
Residents must claim parking for all guests. This is required for visitors of any duration. Ten days of guest parking is available to residents at no charge by logging into the online portal. Additional guest parking is $5 per individual day or $1 per consecutive day with a $10 minimum.
Guest parking is valid from midnight to midnight for the day selected. Overnight guests will require two days of parking.
