This Week at the College of Music: Community Edition - Feb. 25, 2021
CU Boulder has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Suzanne and David Hoover, who endowed the College of Music’s Trying on Teaching program (TOT)—a collaborative experience among students participating in the Middle School Ensemble program, high school students interested in a future career in music teaching and CU Boulder music education majors. “We chose to make education our main philanthropic focus, so when we became aware of the expansion of the Imig Music Building, we decided to include it in our more recent broader giving to the university,” says Suzanne. Learn more about what music education means to the Hoovers and how the College of Music plays into their giving.
