National Association of Music Executives at State Universities (NAMESU)

Annual Meeting
Oct. 1-4, 2025
Boulder, Colorado
The College of Music at the University of Colorado Boulder is thrilled to host NAMESU 2025! Join us in the sunny foothills of the Rocky Mountains and enjoy the college-town feel of Boulder with fantastic shopping, dining and views of the iconic Flatirons. We can’t wait to see you all.

We are excited to host NAMESU 2025 at the brand-new Limelight hotel and conference center in Boulder. The Limelight is just across the street from the University of Colorado Boulder campus and the University Hill area. It’s about a 10-minute walk (or a quick Uber, hotel courtesy car, scooter or e-bike) from the Pearl Street pedestrian mall and shopping/dining area. The hotel also features an outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center.
Please book your stay at the Limelight through the link below to access our discounted room block. Room rate is $224 per night. Book by Aug. 15, 2025 to secure our discounted rate:
Reserve your room at the Limelight
If you drive to Boulder, self-parking in the Limelight parking garage is available for $20 per day.
If you fly to Denver International Airport (DIA), plan on a 45- to 60-minute drive to the Limelight. Uber, Lyft, taxis, shuttles and rental cars are available. We recommend taking E-470, the toll road, rather than going through Denver, to save quite a bit of driving time.

The registration fee this year is $495. This includes the opening reception, a dinner event at the beautiful Colorado Chautauqua, two breakfasts at the hotel, lunch on Friday, beverage service throughout our meetings, and a performance and Q&A with the Grammy Award-winning Takács Quartet, in residence at our College of Music.
Please register each attendee from your institution separately.
Each attendee will have the option to indicate whether a spouse/partner is joining. S/P registration fee is $375 which includes all conference meals and events.
Please register by Aug. 15, 2025
