Research of the topology group mainly lies within the areas of homotopy theory and the topology of singular spaces and groupoids. Particular questions considered are the computation of the stable homotopy groups of the spheres and a better understanding of the cyclic homology theory of the convolution algebra over a Lie groupoid.
