Purchasing Methods

  1. CU Marketplace – Preferred Method - Submit your purchase request through CU Marketplace and assign your cart to Linda Park for review and approval.  If you are ordering a computer, you must buy it through the CU Marketplace. Log in to your campus portal and on the CU Resources Home tab, click the CU Marketplace tile. If you are ordering Standard Computer Peripherals follow these guidelines
  2. Procurement Card - Purchases can be done through the Pcard.  This method requires that you know and strictly follow University, Sponsor, State, & Federal fiscal regulations and provide all of the necessary documentation through Concur, including receipts and reporting.  If you have questions, please contact Linda Park.
