RADD Lab Research Studies

CBDX Study

The Cannabidiol Mood Experiences Study is a study that investigates the experiences of people with, or without, clinical depression who choose to initiate cannabidiol use.
Age Range: 18-35
Duration: 8 weeks

CU Student, "CUWB"

CUWB Study

The CU Well Brain study looks at life experiences, coping strategies, cognitive abilities, brain functioning, and daily behaviors in college students as possible predictors of wellness. 
Age Range: 18-22
Duration: 1 Year

RRAY Study

The Risk and Resilience to Affective Disorders in Youth study looks at the cognitive abilities and the brain networks involved in those abilities in teens and young adults at varying risk for developing mood disorders.
Age Range: 13-19
Duration: 2 Years

"SCCY"

SCCY Study

The Stress and Coping in College Youth study is focused on understanding the interactions between neurocognitive mechanisms, in order better predict mental health trajectories during the transition to college. 
Age Range: 18-23
Duration: 3 semesters

The Treatment Effects and Mechanisms study is focused on understanding how, for whom, and which cognitive and behavioral therapies are most effective in improving mood and emotion regulation.
Age Range: 15-25
Duration: 1 Year

TERA Study

The Tracking Everday Reslience and Affect Study uses short daily surveys and digital markers to investigate behavior, mood, and stress.  
Age Range: 18-25
Duration: 1 Year

COBRA Study

The Cognition and Behavior Remote Assessment study is an online research study for healthy adolescents, run by the Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience Lab at the University of California, Los Angeles. 
Age Range: 12-21
Duration: single-day, one-hour online study
