How do we bring in self-care into our daily lives, while still attending to our various roles? In this one-hour workshop you will learn the basics of work-life balance. We will also focus on creating a self-care journey for each one of you that attends to our individual needs. By the end of the workshop you will create a plan that fits your individual needs, and ways to bring it to action.  

Learning Outcomes  

Participants will be able to: 

  • Create their own definition of work-life balance 
  • Recognize what parts of their lives they need extra support with 
  • Identify tools to help them live healthier life-styles 
  • Create a work-life balance plan that fits their individual lifestyles.  

Who should attend

This workshop is intended all CU-Boulder employees who would like to have a better work-life balance.
