Time & Labor Change Champion Network

Definition: 
The CCN is a cross-campus group of individuals who help cascade information, gather feedback, and build readiness within their areas during the Time & Labor implementation.

Purpose:

  • Create two-way communication between the project and campus
  • Build readiness and advocacy for the new system
  • Support local engagement, training, and adoption

Who is Included on CCN?

The Change Champion Network is  made up of a cross-section of representatives from each campus and major functional area

  • Core membership includes:
  • HR Senior Leaders
  • HR Liaisons (as Trainers)
  • Administrative and departmental representatives
  • HR Senior Leaders serve as Sponsors and change advocates

Membership Parameters

  • The CCN is a closed group to maintain focus, consistency, and effective communication.
  • Changes to membership (joining or stepping back) require supervisor and VC-level approval to ensure alignment with department priorities.
  • Participation in the CCN is part of each area’s overall readiness plan

Focus Areas: Readiness, communications, training updates, feedback loop

Trainer Resource Group (Spring 2026):

  • Added series specifically for Trainers once training activities intensify
  • Forum for lesson sharing, materials alignment, and troubleshooting
