Employees who are impacted will receive direct communications. Please note that preliminary notifications to the list of impacted employees may continue to evolve.
Yes. If an employee experiences a change in FLSA exemption status (such as moving from non-exempt to exempt), their impacted status may change. We will continue to provide monthly updates closer to go-live, and impacted employees will receive additional communications as more details are finalized.
