The HRSC is partnering with OIEC to help increase compliance for employee records for Discrimination and Harassment training. All departments received a personnel roster at the end of the spring term to indicate roster clean-up. If you have not returned this spreadsheet, please do so as soon as possible.
A gentle reminder about fall 2019 transactions that we prioritize new hires to be completed immediately. Fall transactions will be completed as we approach August. If circumstances demand an earlier completion, please let us know as soon as possible.
For departments with Summer Research appointments for faculty that expect a merit increase, we look forward to receiving your July & August new spreadsheets with the newly calculated Academic Year Salary and IBS.
All faculty must select their contract before the fall semester. If a faculty member does not elect before August payroll, their pay will be adversely affected. Faculty Affairs has reached out to all Dean’s offices on campus with who has selected and who has not, please reach out to them to see who in your department needs to select.
Calendars and Deadlines
With the summer continuing to roll on, attached is the June and July deadline calendar. We ask that everyone continue to adhere to these deadlines to ensure we can complete all transactions before payroll deadlines. This will continue to ensure employees are paid on time and accurately! Thank you!
