HRSC Ticketing System Down
Dear HR practitioners,
The HR Service Center's ticketing system (Salesforce) has been impacted by an unplanned incident involving several instances of the platform. As a result, there may be delays in communication on requests submitted today, June 26, 2025. We are taking every measure to prioritize urgent and biweekly payroll requests, but some delays in communication may continue. Thank you for your assistance in disseminating this message.
