HR Service Center - Crucial Consultations
Hello Crucial Conversations Graduate,
Organization and Employee Development in Human Resources is launching Crucial Consultations, a new no-cost service to support you in applying the skills you learned in your Crucial Conversation training.
By attending a Crucial Consultation, you will be able to:
- Identify where you're stuck in your current conversation.
- Recall different Crucial Conversation skills.
- Plan and prepare for an upcoming Crucial Conversation.
The Crucial Consultation is an individual session led by a certified Crucial Conversation facilitator. Use your Crucial Conversation skills to remain in dialogue during challenging and difficult interactions with your colleagues, family, or friends.

Individual sessions, by appointment. Email Alyssa Willet at alyssa.willet@colorado.edu for scheduling. Based on availability you will meet with either Alyssa Willet, Lisa Nelson or Lauren Harris.

Zoom – a link will be sent in a calendar invite once the appointment has been scheduled.
