Time and Labor Project Updates and Resources, Supervisors

Time and Labor Website banner

Dear supervisors,

CU Boulder is transitioning from My Leave to a unified system called Time and Labor (T&L)  built on Oracle PeopleSoft, launching Fall 2026. This change will streamline time and leave tracking across the university. You have a key role in monitoring and approving time as part of your ongoing responsibilities. You will also serve as a vital support system for employees as they enter and manage their time and leave in the new system. Many HR liaisons will play a key role in sharing information, coordinating activities, and supporting this transition within your departments.

Key Benefits for Supervisors, HR Support, and Employees

  • Supervisors: One platform with clear visibility into team schedules and leave requests
  • HR Liaisons: Centralized processes, real-time data, and simplified workflows
  • Employees: Fewer systems, less manual entry, and consistent tracking

Support for Supervisors

  • A Supervisor Toolkit with training materials, talking points, and guides
  • Town Halls and training sessions tailored for supervisors and HR support beginning in January 2026
  • Skillsoft demos and walkthroughs
  • Campus-specific support during and after go-live
