Reminder: Take the Faculty & Staff Engagement Survey!
Dear supervisors and HRLs,
We are emailing you regarding the 2025 Faculty and Staff Engagement Survey. We kindly ask for your help in encouraging and supporting participation among your teams and units. The survey is open until Wednesday, April 30.
The survey assesses our workforce's status and key engagement elements such as work enthusiasm, career satisfaction, institutional pride, intent to stay, and connection to the mission. This survey is vital in informing our ongoing efforts to improve the campus experience for all faculty and staff.
Personally identifiable information is released to no one outside of Arthur J. Gallagher. Survey results will not identify individuals; only aggregate findings will be used for organizational improvements.

- Takes 10 minutes to complete!
- The survey can be taken on a phone, tablet, or computer.
- Check Your Inbox - Survey invitations and reminders are emailed from Gallagher Survey Coordinator, admin@ajgsurveys.com
- No one from CU Boulder will have access to individual survey results, as Gallagher does not share individual results.
- Results will be reported in aggregate and only reported at the unit level if there are five or more respondents. If a work group has fewer than five responses, results can be reported when combined with another group.
- Results from the survey will be shared in Summer/Fall 2025.
