HR Purpose & Vision
Dear HR Colleagues,
Over the past year, we have been engaged in the HR Blueprint Project to transform how we deliver HR services and enhance the employee experience. Throughout this process, we have gathered feedback from the HR community to identify key focus areas.
One recurring theme was the need for a shared vision—a “North Star” to guide all HR practitioners at CU Boulder, regardless of role or reporting line. In response, the Strategy Working Group of the HR Blueprint Project has drafted a shared HR Purpose and Vision.
These statements are intended to serve as guiding principles for HR and can be used in teaming activities, orientations, onboarding, and future initiatives. Before finalizing the statements, we would like to invite your feedback as part of the HR community.

The Strategy Working Group will review all feedback and share the final HR Purpose and Vision in March.
