Human Resources - HCM Upgrade Workshops

On Nov. 9, Job Change, Pay Rate Change and Leave functions will transition to Template-Based Transactions (TBT) in HCM, along with additional updates. Join us as we walk you through an interactive, online learning session of the changes. Attendees will experiment within a testing environment of the upgrade.

Who Should Attend

Individuals who do direct entry into the HCM.  

Boulder Campus Sessions

  • Oct. 28, 9 a.m. - Noon
  • Nov. 5, 1 - 4 p.m.

How to register for a Boulder Session

  If you are an HR Liaison on the Boulder campus, only register for a Boulder Session. 

  1. Navigate to the HCM: New TBTs and Auto Term in Skillsoft. 
  2. Log in with your IdentiKey.
  3. Select a Boulder, CO workshop.
    • If you are unsure it is a Boulder workshop, select View under the Notes of the course for clarification.
  4. When you have verified the correct course, select Enroll. You will be automatically enrolled, and you will receive a calendar event with Zoom information.
