Faculty & Staff Engagement Survey Extension
Dear supervisors and HR liaisons,
I am writing to inform you that the Faculty and Staff Engagement Survey has been extended, and the deadline for completion is now Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Adding an extension week is our standard practice, as it provides one more opportunity for a last-minute push for completion.
Later this morning, employees who have not yet completed the survey will receive an email invitation from A.J. Gallagher Survey Coordinator, admin@ajgsurveys.com, to take the survey.
Please continue to encourage your units and teams to complete the survey; the success of the survey relies on high response rates, which are crucial for informing our ongoing efforts to enhance the campus experience for all faculty and staff. Your support in driving participation is greatly appreciated.
Personally identifiable information is not available to anyone at the university; the vendor provides survey results in the aggregate. The survey results are used for organizational improvement.
As a reminder:
- Takes less than 10 minutes to complete!
- The survey can be taken on a phone, tablet, or computer.
- No one from CU Boulder will have access to individual survey results, as our vendor, A.J. Gallagher, does not share individual results.
- Employees who have not completed the survey will continue to receive reminder emails from Gallagher until May 7.
- Results will be reported in aggregate and only at the unit level if there are five or more respondents. If a work group has fewer than five responses, results can be rolled-up to the larger unit’s aggregate results.
- Results from the survey will be shared in Summer/Fall 2025.
