"You made me feel so welcome! The campus tour (both virtual and real) was especially helpful because I have never really taken the time to explore since I began working here."

The day-long New Employee Welcome Experience event will orient new employees to CU Boulder. The event starts at Old Main in the historic heart of campus, where participants begin to develop their understanding of what it means to be a member of the CU Boulder community. The day includes a two-hour walking tour of campus and a one-hour bus tour broken into two portions throughout the day. Lunch is provided by Elevations Credit Union and print materials are provided by CU Imaging Services (your campus printer).
Benefits are handled by Employee Services, the CU System Administration office in Denver that serves all four campuses. The New Employee Welcome Experience program is not an orientation to enroll in benefits. Benefits counselors from Employee Services may be present during the lunch break to provide general information when available.
