- Promote transparent and consistent merit evaluation practices
- Support faculty-led change grounded in shared governance and collaboration
- Update the campus salary equity grievance policy
- Conduct (and support) analysis of salaries across units utilizing scatterplot outliers
- Analyze best practices across CU Boulder and elsewhere, drawing on Faculty Salary Procedures Working Group
- Promote transparency around salary and merit processes
