3. Microlearning Library: Our skill-specific microlearning resources are quick and easy to reference, and include a variety of media such as articles, videos, worksheets, and quick tips.

4. 360 Skills Diagnostic: Take an active role in your learning by completing a self-diagnostic and requesting feedback from at least five managers, peers, direct reports, and cross-functional partners. This Diagnostic will provide you with anonymous, confidential feedback to help you better understand your areas of strength & identify areas of improvement.
