Faculty and staff who complete the engagement survey entered to win fantastic prizes
On Monday, April 10 faculty and staff will receive an email invitation from Arthur J. Gallagher and Co., from the email address, admin@ajgsurveys.com to participate in CU Boulder’s 2023 Faculty and Staff Engagement Survey.
Employees who participate in the survey will be entered into drawings to win fabulous prizes!
- Take the survey the first week, April 10-16, and you will be eligible to win a one-night stay at the YMCA of the Rockies, in Estes Park, a spa massage, or a $150 Amazon gift card (5 gift cards will be awarded). *
- Take the survey the second week, April 17-23, and you will be eligible to win a $100 gift card (10 gift cards will be awarded). *
* Prizes awarded fall under taxable income. Therefore, if you win a prize, it will be taxed accordingly. Taxable income is the portion of your gross income used to calculate how much tax you owe in a given tax year. It can be described broadly as adjusted gross income (AGI) minus allowable itemized or standard deductions. Taxable income includes wages, salaries, bonuses, and tips, as well as investment income and various types of unearned income.
The survey will measure concepts such as faculty and staff satisfaction, commitment, affinity, wellness,career growth, and other elements of engagement. The results of the survey will be used to identify actions to improve the faculty and staff work experience. The engagement survey is sponsored by Provost Russell Moore and Chief Operating Officer Patrick O’Rourke. The Department of Human Resources, in collaboration with Arthur J. Gallagher and Co., an independent engagement firm, is facilitating the implementation of the survey.Personally-identifiable information is released to no one outside of Arthur J. Gallagher, not even the campus sponsors or facilitators. Survey results will in no way identify you individually, and only aggregate findings will be used for organizational improvements.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
The survey will be available to complete from Monday, April 10 through Friday, April 21, 2023.
