Change management is the people side of any organizational change—whether you’re fixing problems, responding to trends, or taking advantage of new opportunities. It focuses on the processes, tools, and techniques used to ensure that your whole team embraces your new direction or adopts and learns to use your new systems and approaches.

During this three-day experiential session, you and your team will apply the Prosci change methodology and the ADKAR Model to one of your team’s active projects. You will leave with the tools, know-how, and support you need to consistently drive successful change going forward. You will benefit from three full days among like-minded change leaders—from individual practitioners and project managers to IT professionals and improvement specialists. You will not only gain the knowledge and one-to-one feedback of our Campus’s Certified Prosci Instructors, you and your peers will also share challenges, solutions and insights, for a truly collaborative approach to change management.
