The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a personality assessment which can help you to identify your communication and decision-making style. Once you have taken the assessment and received an interpretation of your results, this workshop can assist you in applying the information specifically to the work place. The focus of this workshop will be how to maximize your energy at work, discovering areas of “fit” with your current job or with future career paths which you may be considering.

  • Identify MBTI preference categories.
  • Understand how MBTI preferences apply to the workplace.
  • Analyze areas of congruence and dissonance with your current position and/or a career you are considering.
  • Evaluate how you may refine your current position to improve the fit with your preferences.
