Are you a new mother or a mother-to-be? Come join us for an 7 week group, meeting at the lunch hour.  We’ll discuss the particular challenges of being a new mother who also has a career outside of the home. We’ll share ideas and offer support. Participants are welcome and encouraged to bring your lunches and your babies too!

Who should attend

This workshop is intended for CU Boulder staff/faculty who will be new moms and mothers-to-be who can also commit to 7 weeks.

Facilitator

Paulette Erickson England, holds a Masters of Social Work and currently directs the FSAP office in addition to being a full time clinician. Her professional counseling and social work experience include 10 years in county social work in child welfare, supervision, client counseling and advocacy; 6 years in private practice providing counseling to individuals, families, and couples; and 7+ years at FSAP providing counseling, work-life presentations, support groups, clinical internship supervision and program coordination. Outside of FSAP, she spends time with her family, including her 2 children. She also enjoys music, continuing education in her field, participating in sprint distance triathlons, hiking, and writing.
