- As a reminder the HRSC will be sending personnel rosters:
- Please review these rosters for spring term appointment terminations for Lecturer and Grad Students
- You will also be able to indicate SWB distinctions for lecturer appointments (SWB should be used for those lecturers who are currently benefit eligible and desire continuing benefits for the summer term if they will be returning in the fall term.)
- Please note that the Benefit expense will be charged according to the speedtype of the appointment, and the employee will be billed for their share of the expense and the SWB indicator does not affect access, BuffOne, ECO Pass, etc.
