The 2024-2025 formulation of the Pfizer COVID vaccine was recently approved by the FDA on Aug. 22, 2024. The vaccine is expected to be available at Medical Services and retail pharmacies soon. Vaccine administration schedules for students will be visible in your MyCUHealth patient portal when available.  An update will be posted when call-in scheduling is available for faculty and staff. Immunization Requirements 

All students must complete two immunization requirements before the deadline to avoid a late fee and registration hold. 

Manage Your Medical Records 

A confidential health record is created for you after your first visit with a CU provider. Learn how you can manage your health information as needed. 

Graduate Student Dental Insurance 

Eligible CU Boulder graduate students will be enrolled in the Graduate Student Dental Insurance, which provides dental coverage at no additional cost.
