Most visits require an appointment to be scheduled in advance. Same-day appointments as well as a walk-in clinic for some medical concerns are also available.
For all life- or limb-threatening emergencies, please call 911.
Schedule an appointment by calling 303-492-5432 or schedule online through MyCUHealth.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary forms. Self check-in kiosks are located on the second floor near the main entrance. *Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your being rescheduled.
Appointments must be cancelled by 5PM the business day before your appointment by calling 303-492-5432.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $30 charge.
Walk-in hours end 30 minutes before closing time on business days.
Walk-in patients are triaged based on urgency of symptoms, therefore patients may not be seen in the order of arrival. Because of this, walk-in wait times will vary, and may be more than two hours during busy seasons. It is preferable to make an appointment if symptoms are not urgent (e.g., broken bones, bleeding, severe shortness of breath, head injuries, etc.)..
Walk-in appointments with our nurses are at no charge to students. If the nurse refers the student to be seen by a medical provider, charges may be incurred.
