Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled in the MyCUHealth Portal. All cancellations must be made by 5 p.m. the business day before your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $60 charge.

CU students with Gold SHIP: These visits are covered at no cost. CU students with private insurance: These visits cost $120 per visit. A superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.
