Open enrollment for the 2026–27 school year is now available. The deadline to enroll or waive coverage is Sept. 1, 2026.

If you need care for a musculoskeletal issue please call 303-492-5432 to schedule an appointment with a physical therapist.
Sports Medicine trained medical doctors within Medical Services provide comprehensive assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal problems including sprain, strains and fractures.

Check-in:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. Self check-in computers are located on the first floor near the main desk. Arriving late may result in your being rescheduled.
Appointments must be cancelled by 5 p.m. the business day before your appointment by calling 303-492-5432 (please leave a detailed message if we are unable to answer your call).
Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $30 charge.
Students with the Gold SHIP:
The Gold Plan covers Sports Medicine care provided at Wardenburg.
Students with Private Insurance:
BuffCare does not cover fees for orthopedic care.
