Campus resources

  • Dining Services
    Dining Services has a number of different locations around campus, including the Center for Community (C4C), University Memorial Center (UMC) and the Village Center. Check out their website for more information on dietary accommodations, food sourcing and safety, meal plan options and more. 
     
  • Dining Services: Registered Dietitian
    Meet with a Registered Dietitian with Dining Services to learn about specialty meal plans (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.), allergies and information on eating a balanced diet. 
     
  • Basic Needs Center
    The Basic Needs Center provides food assistance programming that ensures students experiencing any level of food insecurity have the necessary knowledge, resources and access to meet their needs in an emergency or on-going basis.
  • Healthy Living Workshop
    Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) offers a free weekly workshop in partnership with Medical Services at Wardenburg. This workshop covers a variety of topics, including body image, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, self-care and more.
     
  • Watch: Mindful Eating
    This video provides an overview of resources that can help you address concerns surrounding your relationship with food and body image, including national eating disorder organizations, support groups, hotlines, educational podcasts and more. 
     
  • Administrative Services
    If you are currently enrolled in the CU Boulder Gold Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP), Administrative Services can help you navigate your insurance coverage in order to connect with mental health, nutrition and eating disorder services in the community.
