The Design & Construction division of Facilities Management assists campus clients through the various processes necessary to successfully complete all construction projects on campus.
This division provides the administrative, management, and professional services required to facilitate and accomplish new construction, renovations, and replacements of physical facilities and infrastructure. Design & Construction manages and monitors projects from inception to project delivery, including procuring consulting services, coordinating the bidding process, and administering and maintaining contracts, budgets, and schedules. It serves as a link between the Boulder campus and the Office of State Architect to ensure all state procurement laws and fiscal rules are followed and projects are completed within all state laws and guidelines.
