The PES Health and Wellness team is a dedicated team of liaisons from Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS), Health Promotion (HP) and the Office of Victim Assistance (OVA) who help PES students get connected with health and wellness services on campus.

Health Promotion offers weekly programs and trainings where you can learn more about health and wellness topics.
The WellCU series offers concrete skills and information about topics that are highly relevant to student health and well-being. Students can attend any individual session; those attending all five will receive a non-degree certificate.
This training helps a person with no clinical training assist someone experiencing a mental health crisis. Mental Health First Aiders learn a 5-step strategy to assess and support someone in crisis.
Peer Wellness Coaching is a free service designed for students interested in building their capacity for health and success.
Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) offers confidential, on-campus mental health and psychiatric services for a variety of concerns such as academics, anxiety, body image, depression, relationships, substance use and more.

Drop-in screenings are available in person at CAPS in the Center for Community (C4C), Suite N352.
Same-day screenings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Students are recommended to show up to the CAPS office by 8:30am that morning.
CAPS offers a range of mental health services tailored to fit the needs of CU Boulder students. Take advantage of offerings like WellTrack, group therapy, psychiatry, Academic Live Care, Let’s Talk, workshops, short-term individual therapy and more.

Dr. Ehrnstrom holds Let's Talk sessions just for PES students in the PES advising office in CASE - East Wing, 2nd/Main floor on Mondays 1-3pm (students can just drop in to chat.) Let's Talk is designed to be an informal, brief and confidential consultation with a counselor.
CU Boulder Telehealth by AcademicLiveCare (CUTALC) is a telehealth platform that allows you to schedule and attend metal health appointments 24/7 from a smartphone, computer or other mobile device. It’s free for all CU Boulder students. You can schedule virtual visits with licensed psychologists, counselors, psychiatrists or other providers. AcademicLiveCare is not crisis or emergency care.
WellTrack is a free app that is available to all CU Boulder students. It is designed to help you understand your mental health and provide you with the help that you need right now.
The Office of Victim Assistance (OVA) works towards a safer, more socially just and supportive campus community by providing culturally relevant trauma response and prevention services. OVA's services are free and confidential and include providing information, support, short-term trauma-focused counseling and advocacy. Advocacy can include academic advocacy and corresponding with professors and other academic officials on a survivor's behalf.
Additionally, OVA can provide additional presentations upon request such as: Supporting Survivors, Vicarious Trauma, or Love Shouldn’t Hurt. If you are interested in OVA’s services please view OVA’s list of presentations and complete a “presentation request form” at the link provided.
