Step 1 | Complete IACUC Training

  Complete all required IACUC Trainings via the CITI Program  

  Complete the Disclosure of External Professional Activites (DEPA) Form

Step 2 | Complete OCC Health & Safety Trainings

  Email ehsohs@colorado.edu with the following information:

• Principal Investigator of the laboratory you are joining:
• Species you are working with:
• Phone number:

Step 3 | Get Added to a Protocol

   Protocol Amendment Submitted by PI (via Key Solutions)

• Completed by the sponsoring PI/Lab

Step 4 | Submit Facility Access Application to OAR

   Facility Access Application

• To check the status of your application please contact us at oaroffice@colorado.edu.

Step 5 | Receive OAR Facility Orientation

  Upon completing the previous steps, the OAR will contact you to arrange a facility orientation.
