Customer Service Update for Departments
The Office of Cash Management has implemented reduced office hours for department deposits in response to remote staffing requirements. July office hours will be Wednesdays and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m (MT).
Departments can use the black, metal payment drop boxes outside the north and south entrances of Regent Administrative Center. If you choose to use the payment drop boxes, please use a large, sealed envelope for your deposit. For any other circumstances, departments can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please continue to honor deadlines listed in deposit guidelines. We appreciate your help during this transition.
