Request or Update a Mandatory Fee

Please plan ahead with fee requests. Due to the importance of the description, the fee calculation and the communication, the process can be lengthy.

• Submit complete fee proposal to your department chair or unit head for review
• A complete fee request contains three parts:
  • ­Fee Request Form (Word)
  • Documentation of Student Input (Word)
  • Fee Budget (Excel)
