Retroactive Graduation Application

Note:  Eligibility​ for graduation is contingent upon a full review of the applicant's record. 

You will need your academic advisor's name and email address to correctly route this form. Please completely fill out all information and then click the Submit button. Once you hit Submit your form will be routed for additional signatures and processing. If approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days to process your retroactive degree. Your academic advisor will notify you when your degree is posted, and a diploma has been ordered for you. Diplomas are usually shipped from our vendor within 10 business days.
