Yuti is a biological anthropology PhD student working with Dr.Steven Leigh. Her research at CU focuses on studying pre-digestion through primate oral microbiome and digestive enzymes using next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics analysis.

Host-microbe interaction; microbial genomics; population genetics
