Andrew Aceves & Nicholas Puente Awarded Alice Hamilton Scholarships

Andrew Aceves (PhD Archaeology in Progress) & Nicholas Puente (Archaeology, PhD Candidate) awarded Alice Hamilton Scholarships from the Colorado Archaeological Society.

Andrew will use his funds to investigate ancient kiln use and ceramic production at the site of Atzompa, in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Nicholas will use his funds to support a feasability project that tests whether cave speleothems can be successfully sourced in the northern Maya lowlands.
